The Blended Blog’s Holiday Tag

It’s been a bit crazy at home with packing and flying and all the other parts of holiday drama, so naturally I’ve fallen behind with my Blogmas posts. Just shows I need to start scheduling them earlier next year.

For day 6 I decided to do another tag that’s short and sweet and a little bit different, from The Blended Blog. I’ll include the original graphic and list of questions at the end of the post if you want to complete the tag too.

1. Candy Canes? Yes or No?

Yes! I think they are so pretty to look at. I don’t eat many candy canes anymore but I love the design and the sweet taste.

2. Christmas morning early riser or sleep in?

Early riser. This is the one day of the year that you can’t help but wake up early for.

3. Did you shop on Black Friday? Yes or No?

Umm I think we may have gone to the mall around that time and bought a few things yes.

4. Christmas Tree up in November? Yes or No?

No, when we have a tree we usually wait for December to arrive before it goes up.

5. Do you get Holiday ideas from Pinterest? Yes or No?

My mom is still in charge of what happens during Christmas but Pinterest does have a ton of amazing ideas for every conceivable part of life.

6. Christmas Glam or Ugly Sweater?

It’s not really sweater-weather over here but I have always wanted a Christmas sweater. Mom likes when we dress nicely for Christmas so probably more on the glam side.

7. Stocking Stuffers: Wrapped or Unwrapped?

We haven’t had stockings in a very long time but they were usually wrapped as far as I can remember.

8. Traditional or Modern Christmas Songs?

A bit of both.

9. Fruitcake? Yes or No?

No. No. No. I am not a fan of fruitcake in the slightest.

10. Is your Christmas shopping finished? Yes or No?

Unfortunately not. I’m struggling quite a lot this year with deciding what to get for everyone.

11. Is there snow in December where you live?

No, we have Summer Decembers in the Southern Hemisphere.

12. Classic Show: A Charlie Brown Christmas or Rudolph?

Rudolph of course. I used to love his story so much, and still do!
