I initially read this book a year or two ago when I wanted to lose weight. The title shocked me and attracted me to it immediately.
I was on holiday with my family in the Kruger Park (which involves a lot of driving) and this was my perfect form of entertainment.
I listened to the audio version of this book and it was so much easier to look for animals while listening, rather than reading a book.
Now to the book itself.
Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
Excellent writing as usual. The world of Shadowhunters was opened to me once more after watching the Netflix series and becoming curious about the characters again. I decided to reread them all in publication order and this was my latest read (I finished the first 3 super quickly).
Girl Online by Zoe “Zoella” Sugg
This was a slow start for me, but I devoured the story by the end of it.
I listened to the audio book of this story and I unexpectedly fell in love with the characters. I really enjoyed the twists and the romance.
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
So, I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you.
Okay I have been very far behind with my book reading plans. I admit I have been jumping around all over the place and I haven’t finished a book in a while. I have a legitimate excuse – Life Happens!
Book Review: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
I used to be a very avid reader, however over the last three years, I haven’t been reading as many books as I used to. I finally decided that I should try to finish reading all of my books on my To Read List.
I am very pleased that I decided to read Fangirl to break my book-fasting so to speak.
