I initially read this book a year or two ago when I wanted to lose weight. The title shocked me and attracted me to it immediately.
The book mostly promotes a vegan lifestyle with a lot of healthy food choices and gives a lot of really great information on how to become a vegan and why.
The first time reading it, I was still a meat eater and what I read shocked me.
The second time around, I’m a vegetarian but it did remind me of why I ultimately want to become a vegan.
The tone is snarky and that’s what I liked most about it, however, it did become a little drawn out after a while.
Overall a great book for someone who is looking for a healthy life change, that not only benefits your body but the rest of the world too.
